Diahann joined the NHS in 2003 as an Information Officer for a large acute Trust after immigrating to the UK from Boston, USA. Her previous roles were varied broadly covering areas such as change projects, practice management and information for one of the largest Children’s Hospitals. She has worked in Information roles in both the Acute and PCT sectors. To widen her knowledge an experience, Diahann also worked as a consultant for two years, where key responsibilities included delivery of a BI reporting tool to Practice Based Commissioners, implementation of 18 week wait pathway reporting and supporting the implementation of Cerner R0.

Diahann is currently working towards her MBA which she hopes to complete within the next two years. When not working, Diahann enjoys time with her husband and daughter in Buckinghamshire.
